PROGRAMME 2026
ART ADVISOR ON DEMAND
Art Advisor on demand is a Cremona Art Fair 2026 project designed to introduce new generations, particularly Millennials and Gen Z, to collecting, offering them concrete tools for orienting themselves and understanding the contemporary art system.
Through free consultations and guided tours of the stands, the public will be able to interact with advisors and curators under 35, gaining insights into artists, artistic languages, prices, and market dynamics. The project unfolds as a transversal journey through the fair, a sort of alternative map that traverses different stands, sections, and practices, helping visitors navigate the exhibition offerings and develop a more informed perspective.
The format includes short, 30-minute individual meetings, designed as moments of cultural mediation and education, making the initial approach to purchasing and building a collection more accessible.
The project aims to promote a new visual literacy, encouraging a more conscious, informed, and direct relationship with contemporary art, and restoring the role of the art advisor as an ethical, transparent, and orienting mediator between the public, the artworks, and the market.
Reservations can be made on Saturday and Sunday by writing to info@cremonaartfair.it
SOUND PERFORMANCE
Cremona Art Fair presents Stanza d'ascolto, a project curated by Michele Lombardelli that introduces a space at the fair dedicated to sound as an artistic language.
In recent decades, sound has become an increasingly central medium in the research of many visual artists, spanning installation, performance, and composition. From Luigi Russolo to figures such as Giuseppe Chiari, Nam June Paik, Carsten Nicolai, and Anne Imhof, the relationship between visual art and sound has taken on ever-new forms.
The Listening Room was created to shape this evolution: an environment designed for listening sessions of sound works and compositions by contemporary artists, reproduced from physical media through a top-notch audio system. An experience that restores the centrality of time, quality, and the presence of sound.
The design and installation of the audio system are entrusted to Audio Graffiti of Pandino (CR), a company specialized in excellent audio components
Alongside the listening space, the project presents an exhibition of artists' materials related to sound research—scores, books, catalogs, and documents—that demonstrate the dialogue between visual arts and music. In a city like Cremona, deeply rooted in music and violin making, the Listening Room opens a contemporary dialogue between musical tradition, artistic research, and the culture of listening.

4.30 pm Ticonzero
Ticonzero presents a conversational talk dedicated to the project “QUIRKY – Wear Art, Support Difference”, featuring Siria Bertorelli, art therapist, and Chiara Caccialanza of laboratorio_huntspear.
The discussion brings together two seemingly distant perspectives: that of the artisan jeweller and designer, and that of an association that has developed a piece of jewellery with a strong social value. It is precisely from this distance that a fertile dialogue emerges, offering new perspectives on the concept of value.
Starting from a simple yet incisive question — what makes a piece of jewellery precious? — The talk explores themes such as the relationship between economic and social value, jewellery as a form of expression, and the connection between beauty and meaning. At its core is a reflection on uniqueness: on one hand, the uniqueness of the handcrafted object; on the other, the uniqueness of the people and stories that jewellery can represent.
“Wearing difference” becomes a powerful point of convergence where artistic creation, sustainability, and inclusion intertwine, opening up a vision of jewellery not merely as an object, but as a cultural and relational device.
Ticonzero is a social promotion association that develops artistic and cultural projects within the field of neurodiversity, creating new opportunities for interpretation and human wellbeing. In collaboration with the publishing project Matti Da Rilegare by Legatoria Venturini, the association conceived a series of visual monographs dedicated to the atelier’s participants, produced from recycled paper offcuts originally destined for disposal. This year, the Fair will host the Art to Wear project.
